It’s highly likely at one point or another, you’ll experience severe physical ailments. Regardless of the sort you are forced to endure, you have a choice towards progress. If you suffer a stroke and are left paralyzed, it is obvious you can’t go running a marathon the next day, but you can attempt to move your afflicted body parts. If you suffer from a cold and are left bedridden, you can find productive use of your free time. No one is forcing you to lay in bed binge-watching Netflix. Whatever you decide to do, don’t feel sorry for yourself. You have the will to do something, and anything is better than nothing.
