People are not disturbed by things, but by the views they take of them.
Epictetus
According to Krishnamurti the highest form of intelligence is the ability to observe without evaluating. Imagine being able to live in a world where your day to day encounters with ignorant people is enjoyable. The ability to see things as they are and not as you would like them to be. The ability to accept the things you can’t change, only concerned with becoming your greatest version, impenetrable to influences by the masses, ignorant coworkers, friends, and family. The ability to lead by example and become the personification of virtue and truth. The one who is aware is not concerned with the perceptions of others or themselves, only truth.
