It’s easier to laugh at rather than bewail life when you become grateful for how fortunate you are to be alive. Zoom out sometimes and see how silly the things you call problems are. History and current events will prove you’ve probably never experienced the worst misfortune has to offer. You’re frustrated because you’re stuck in traffic, or are you upset because your family member is sick? You can quickly zoom out and see how privileged you are to have a car and how lucky you are that your family member has access to medical help and modern advancements. It is even possible to ascend to a degree of awareness where problems no longer exist. Where everything just is.
